On your first visit to our Clinic we begin by taking a detailed personal history. These questions are vital for determining the type of care you should receive. You are asked typical medical examination questions in addition to questions on topics such as:

     Dietary habits

     Heat or Cold Sensitivity

     Sleep habits 

     Emotional / Mental state

After reviewing your history, we examine the tongue and the pulse—major diagnostic techniques in Chinese medicine. Next we go to advanced nutritional testing.  The causes of your symptoms (“patterns of discrimination”) are determined by using all of the information obtained during the history and examination.
